Apart from my licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am a certified Life Activation Practitioner.
Back in December, I attended the Evolution of Psychotherapy Conference and witnessed dozens of talks from some of the top people in the field and many mental health professionals whom I admire most. There was a clear message echoed from the majority of the presenters- in order for us to fully help heal others, the soul, the spirit needs to be added back into the work. Art and Science. Mind Body and Spirit. Working from and within this perspective I see many of my clients truly and fully flourish.
My curiosity was peaked afterwards and I sought out different modalities that I felt could really help. After some time, I came across one the genuinely changed my life. I received my Life Activation in February and it was absolutely profound. I decided to seek the necessary training in order to offer this for others along with many other powerful and ancient tools.
